How to apply for an RMA


To receive an RMA, the status of your order must be "Delivered".


Login to your account's order history section


Select the order for which you want to request an RMA and click on details or return. Remember that the order status must be "Delivered" to be able to do this.


In the dedicated section, select the products you want to return by selecting them and submitting your request. Also specify the reason for your RMA in the notes. As soon as your RMA is confirmed you will receive an email with instructions.

Important notes

1 - Before inserting a DOA (dead on arrival) request deactivate FInd My iphone and Applecare
if applicable
- It is only permissible to request a DOA for iPad, iPhone and Computer (not for AirPods, Smart Keyboard and other accessories)
3 - It is only permissible to request a DOA if the invoice/payment slip is issued within 15 calendar days of the purchase from the supplier
4 - It is only permissible to request a DOA if the device has never been activated
