What do I need to know before I start?

Before proceeding, we ask that you follow these steps:

1) The computer must have proper packaging, preferably the original packaging.
2) It is important to disable find my iPhone, find my Mac, and indicate the firmware password, if any, in the case of Macs.
3) A backup of the data must be made. We are not responsible for partial or total loss. We can help you with Backup via paid service.
4 ) Remove the sim in the case of iOS products.
5 ) Provide proof of purchase if the product is eligible for the 24-month warranty (excludes iOS products belonging to the Phone Carrier distribution chain, products from other countries, and refurbished products)
5) Report to our specialist if you are also shipping accessories

Is there a cost for shipping?

No, shipping is free.

How can I find out what's wrong with my device?

You can write to our Apple specialist in chat by clicking on the blue icon here in the bottom right corner. He will ask you a series of questions to try to solve your problem as best as possible. If technical assistance is required, he'll arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your home.
